I have an irregular period so when should I take a pregnancy test?

My fiance and I have everyday, so I can't pinpoint exactly when I might have become pregnant, if that is in fact the case. I am also very irregular. Lately my periods have been at the end of the month. March was the 26th on, April was the 29th on, but I have had no period or symptoms for May. When should I test?
