What is a Cl A Misdemeanor in the State of Texas if I have no criminal background?

My husband was out of town working. He has a prescription for hydrocodone. He only took a few with him because he thought he would only be working a week. Well he called me and told me that he would be there longer and asked me to send them to him. So I did. I shipped them to him with some other stuff I bought for him. Now the Narcotics Agency has the package and I am facing a Cl A Misdemenor. I don't have a criminal background and we can prove it is his prescription. I wasn't trying to hide anything and I am really scared.
