Do you think my neighbor will stop shooting his gun out?

his kitchen window at small animals and birds with out me calling police if i keep running out on my deck and pretending im doing something thats how close he is to me in a residential area with no guns are firearms no air rifles bb guns nothing are allowed here in this residential county with our houses right at each other and this itiot thinks he can shoot out his window and kill animals and birds. Ive watched him pick them up in his yard and put them in a trash can and drive off with them and hes a fireman. Hes not right and thats why Ive been afraid to call police because me might find out its me and i have alot of animals and kids. I would love to have him busted but I dont know what else to do all of the county police out here know him. I cant believe he does this right next to me.
