7 month old with a really bad cough?

My 7 month old has had a really bad cough for about 3 days now. I tried calling her dr today, but they were closed. she has a barking cough, and sometimes it sounds like a wet cough like something is trying to come up. She also has a really bad runny nose, the drainage is green, and has been sneezing. My main concern is the coughing. Is this just a cold? What should I do?
