Weird period last mth.?

Last mth period was really, weird. it came on a day late & when it came on it was really light the first day which is really weird for me. then the nxt day it was a little bit heavier but not like my regular first/second day period. & it was on longer than normal. can an std affect this, like chylamdia or should i be worried about being pregnant?
