Do I need to take the IELTS exam for Australian Immigration even if I have a US Bachelor's Degree?

I have a Bachelor's Degree from a US College + 5 years work experience in the US but I am not a US Pport Holder. I am thinking of applying for Australian Immigration and one of the requirements is to take the IELTS exam to gain 25 points. Is there no way to get exemption from that by proving that I have a US Degree and 5 Years of US Work Experience?
