Beach bum tanning!!!!!!!!!!!! return?

i want to return an unused bottle of lotion , its been a wk .My ffirst attempt was the next day, when they refused. They have no sign up and nothing on the receipt stating this, i wasnt even verbally told.The reason i'm returning is they are extremely overpriced, i went online and found they charge 3x the selling price!! plus it smells funny.please help me!
