What should I serve during a wedding and when?

My daughter is getting married. It will be all in one place. While the wedding party is taking pics, we would like to have something set out for the guests. After the first dance, we are having a buffet for everyone. Not sure which foods to serve for hor'd ourves. This is the food we have for the menu so far: Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo, Fried Catfish, Fried Chicken Strips, Gumbo, Rolls, Mini Sausages, Meat, Egg rolls, Rotel Dip with Chips, Spinach Dip with Crackers, Sandwich Wraps, Mini Croissant Sandwiches, Fruit Trays, Chocolate Fountain with Items to Dip. Is there anything I am missing? Which things should I pull to feed during hor'd ourves? Do I need to add more items, so I have a good selection for both times?
