Ok, Who stole the engines from Roush-Yates?

I would cast my suspicions at Micheal Waltrip Racing. They have been caught stealing from Roush at least once already. It makes perfect sense. The whole loony act is a front for Mikey. Turns out he is a criminal mastermind.
