Why won't Obama finish the border fence?

Wow....this is the second time I've seen a response from "Pooh Bear". This second one was almost as idiotic and thoughtless as the other! We put a fence on our borders TO PROTECT THEM!!!!! Are they impenetrable? NO of course not; however should we not even TRY TO PROTECT OUR BORDERS?!?!?! A fence IS NOT impenetrable; it is meant to be a deterrent, something to make it more difficult to illegally p into our country. So the argument that putting up a fence is useless it complete idiocy!
