Which is better Electric guitar: Yamaha ERG121-C2PP Basic Pack or Squirer Strat Affinity Starter pack?

Probably a Squier. It's akin to Fender. You'll get a halfway decent guitar and a halfway decent amp. Yamaha guitars/amps aren't that great.
