What is the percent chance of getting pregnant if you had during your period AND with a vasectomy?

We had an unlikely pregnancy in the past from having during menstruation. So we got a vasectomy, and we had unprotected with no incident. Recently we had during menstruation again (obviously with a vasectomy still in place), and we have potential signs of pregnancy. What are the odds that this can happen?
