States with too many teams?

Who thinks states with more than one team should give them away to states with none? Florida (Dolphins, Bucs, Jaguars), California (Chargers, 49ers), Texas (Cowboys, Texans), Missouri (Rams, Cheifs), Ohio (Bengals, Browns), Pennsylvania (Eagles, Steelers), Maryland (Ravens, Redskins), and New Jersey (Giants, Jets) all have more than one team.
