How many people think Gino's East in downtown Chicago is a dump?

I don't know about Gino's but I think Chi Town is the worst when comes to every body having their hand out. The attendant at a hotel I stood at for two days parked my car and when I left after the 2nd. he presented me with a parking tab for 40.00 and seemed pissed whenI only gave him a five buck tip.
