How do I get authorization to upload a music video to Youtube?

I have a Nicki Minaj music video that I want to upload to Youtube, and I want to upload others also, but everytime I do, Youtube says that the video is blocked due to copyright infringement. It says the owner is UMG. So what should I do? Please help. Thanks.
