Are there ANY Indian restaurants (in Canada/USA) that don't charge extra for the rice?

I go to buffets here Toronto Canada, we have over 100 in the GTA, but like Chinese places it is a money maker, so it is extra, and even the few I go to for lunch with friend in general do not charge extra for basmati rice, special ones, Yes, it is a hit and miss thing
